The Programs in the CEP

THE PROGRAMS IN THE CEP ARE DIVIDED INTO THE FOLLOWING MAIN GROUPS:

• Students' education and practice: within the universities and in the token paid trainings at the base of the organization.

• Professionals' education- school psychologists, social workers, lawyers, juvenile officers, medical workers, etc.

• Supervision and consultations on concrete cases.


THE CEP OFFERS EDUCATION ON THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS AND MODULES:

1. Human rights and women and children's rights
• Women's rights;
• Convention for protection of children's rights;
• Social - sexual differences

2. Violence against women and children
• Kinds of violence;
• Domestic violence;
• Sexual violence;
• Trafficking of women and forced prostitution;
• Prevention of trafficking of women and children.

3. Open Telephone Helpline and Hot Telephone Helpline
• Work on a Hot Telephone Helpline for supporting women, who have suffered violence;
• Work on the Open Telephone Helpline.

4. Psychological consultation and emotional support
• A dynamic interview;
• Skills for case management- evaluation, formulation, a contract of work;
• Mental trauma as a result of domestic violence;
• Support of women, who have suffered sexual violence;
• Support of women, who have survived after trafficking;
• Support of children and adolescents, who have suffered violence or living in an environment of domestic violence.

5. Social work
• Social work as a profession;
• Social work skills;
• Social work in support of the family;
• Social work in support of children.

6. Support in groups
• Groups as a method of support and development

7. Work with volunteers
• Stages in the work with volunteers

8. Practice
• Introducing into the Service for Supporting Women Who Have Suffered Violence;
• Case management;
• Groups for self-experience;
• Groups for protection against professional burnout.
